Course description
Design Thinking & Innovation at Enggect Innovation equips aspiring and practicing innovation professionals, engineers, and managers with the mindset, frameworks, and practical tools needed to solve complex business challenges and drive meaningful innovation.
The program combines five weeks of structured learning with two weeks of hands-on cohort project work, giving participants the opportunity to apply design thinking and innovation principles to real-world challenges.
Throughout the program, participants will build a practical Innovation Toolkit of proven frameworks, methods, and exercises to identify opportunities, understand user needs, generate ideas, develop and test solutions, and turn insights into actionable outcomes.
By the end of the program, participants will not only understand design thinking—they will have practiced it, applied it, and experienced how to use it to create meaningful business impact.
