The Academy of Innovation and Design
The Academy of Innovation and Design
1. About the Program
The Innovation & Design Thinking Workshop by ENGGECT Innovation is a practical, activity-driven program designed to help students, professionals, educators, entrepreneurs, and organizational teams develop a structured approach to problem-solving, creativity, innovation, and product/service development.
Rather than relying heavily on classroom teaching, participants work through real-world challenges, team activities, brainstorming, customer/user insights, idea generation, concept development, rapid prototyping, and testing.
The program follows the journey:
Empathize → Define → Ideate → Prototype → Test → Implement
The objective is simple: understand real problems, generate better ideas, experiment quickly, and transform promising ideas into practical solutions.
